Witness the wonderful time we had on September 9, 2017 at the home of Renato Apolito in Colts Neck, NJ.  Mile grazie a Michele Benti for finding a beautiful load of Plum Jersey Tomatoes for our Jarring.  Mile grazie to all who came and to Renato's parents who worked overtime to prepare the stage and teach the members of La Societa how to jar tomatoes and work the curd to make fresh mozzarella with the indispensible help of Lorenzo, Michael Devita's brother-in-law.

The members and guests are working hard to wash, sort, and cut up the tomatoes.

Feeding this army with homemade brick oven pizza made with fresh tomatoes and mozzarella keeps them full steam ahead.
